Select the correct image option at checkout:

• USE CUSTOM: For a new footprint, handprint, paw print, or ultrasound image that has not been digitally illustrated for a previous order. A one-time digitization fee applies to each new image. Once digitized, your image is kept on file for future orders.

• USE FROM PAST ORDER: For an image that has already been digitized and saved from a previous order. You may use this option for additional products using the same image, including multiple items purchased in one transaction.

• USE STOCK: For the sample images shown in the listing. If you want hands or feet scaled as closely as possible to a specific size, provide written measurements in inches. Ages alone are not sufficient for accurate sizing.

Important ordering details:

• Enter all requested names, dates, colors, fonts, sizes, and other customization details in Etsy's Personalization box. Please do not send customization details separately through messages.

• Only the areas specified in each listing can be customized. Major layout changes or extensive wording changes require prior approval and may not be available during busy seasons.

• Please place multiple items in one transaction whenever possible to keep your order details together and simplify shipping.

• Only mark an order as a gift if it is being shipped directly to the recipient.

Font and color charts are provided in the listing photos.

These instructions apply to orders using your own footprints, handprints, paw prints, or ultrasound images.

Baby Footprints & Handprints

• Hospital-stamped newborn footprints can often be used as provided. Most minor smudges and blemishes can be digitally corrected.

• For new prints, use black or dark blue ink on plain white paper. Please do not use colored paper or paint. Washable jumbo ink pads are available at many craft stores.

• If submitting multiple prints, clearly identify each person. You can write the name next to the print on the paper or label each digital file when saving it.

Photographing Your Prints

• Use a phone or digital camera to take a clear, close-up, in-focus photograph of each print.

• Use good lighting and avoid shadows, glare, and blur.

• Photograph the print up close rather than taking a distant photo and cropping it afterward.

• Do not send scans, PDFs, screenshots, or converted image files. Please upload an original photo for the best detail.

Providing Accurate Measurements

If you would like your artwork to reflect the actual size of the print, provide its written measurement in inches. You can write the measurement on the paper or include it with your order information.

• Footprints: Measure from the tip of the longest toe to the bottom of the heel.

• Handprints: Measure from the tip of the middle finger to the bottom of the palm.

Please provide the measurement in writing rather than placing a ruler next to the print in a photograph. If no measurement is provided, the image will be resized to fit the design layout. Ornaments cannot be produced at actual size.

Ultrasound Images

Photograph the entire ultrasound image or paper provided to you. Get close enough to capture the details while ensuring the complete image is visible in the photograph.

Please upload your custom images directly through Etsy's available file-upload option when placing your order.

To help me identify everyone's prints correctly:

• Upload the largest, original photo file available.

• Label each file with the person's name, such as Ezra Hand, Ezra Foot, or Mom Hand.

• If you are submitting several prints, label each file individually so I can tell exactly whose print I am working with.

• Include your Etsy order number wherever the upload process allows you to add a note or message.

If unable to upload images at time of purchase, please send them via Etsy messaging.

Please submit your images within 24 hours of placing your order to help keep your order on schedule. If your files have not been received within 10 days, your order may be canceled.

All custom artwork requires proof approval before shipping.

• USE CUSTOM orders: Your order enters the proof/production schedule once all required images and customization details have been received. Turnaround times vary by season; please check the Etsy shop announcement for current estimates.

• USE FROM PAST ORDER and USE STOCK orders: A digital proof is generally sent within 1–3 business days.

• Proofs are sent through Etsy messages unless otherwise specified. Please check your Etsy account regularly.

• Review your proof carefully, including names, dates, spelling, colors, and layout. Your order will not ship until you approve the proof.

• If a proof is not reviewed within 7 business days, it may be shipped without approval. Any errors or changes after shipment may be the buyer's responsibility.

• Once your proof is approved, your order generally ships within 1–3 business days.

Etsy's estimated shipping dates apply only when all required files and information are submitted on time. Late submissions may change your production and shipping timeline.

• Please make sure all files and customization details are complete before submitting your order.

• Digital illustrations created from your custom images are retained on file for future orders.

• Physical products are sold as listed. Frames, blank templates, and DIY products are not included.

• Due to copyright concerns, downloadable digital artwork files are not offered.
